There are a few common reasons this can happen:

  • Confirm that the tag is owned by your organization. If a rep added this tag to your organization, confirm with them that they correctly added the tag.
  • You may not have the correct permissions to access this tag. If the tag hasn't been added to an asset, you need the correct permissions to attach a tag to an asset.
  • If the tag is associated with an asset, you may not have the correct permissions for that asset.
  • If you do have permissions for the associated asset but still cannot bring up the tag, try fully closing the phone app or logging out of the web app if you are using the website. Once you re-open the app or log back into the website, please try again.

To add a new asset, navigate to the Inventory section from your dashboard. Click the "+ Add" button and fill in the required information.

If you need to bulk import assets, please reach out to our support team and we can assist with the setup.

Vendors can be invited through the People section of your organization settings. You'll need the vendor contact's email address. Once invited, they will receive an email with instructions to set up their account and connect with your organization.

Vendor accounts have scoped permissions, meaning they can only see assets and conversations they've been explicitly granted access to.

Orchestrate supports multiple roles to help manage access across your organization:

  • Admin – Full access to all settings, users, assets, and billing.
  • Manager – Can manage assets, tags, and team members within their department.
  • Member – Can view and interact with assets and conversations they've been given access to.
  • Vendor – External partner access scoped to specific assets and conversations.

Roles can be assigned and modified by Admins from the Organization Settings page.

On the Sign In page, click "Forgot Password?" and enter the email address associated with your account. You'll receive an email with a link to create a new password.

Note: If your organization uses SSO (Single Sign-On) and you sign in through your company's login page, your password is managed by your company's IT department. Please contact them directly for password resets.

Yes. Orchestrate offers a mobile app for iOS devices. You can scan tags, view asset details, communicate with vendors, and manage projects directly from your phone. The app is available for download from the App Store.

Additionally, our website is fully accessible on any mobile browser, so you can use Orchestrate from any device.
